I remember you have a page with a bunch of short videos that show the textures of short ribs cooked to different temperatures. I can never remember where it is, and it doesn't come up in a recipe search (they are also on YouTube, but not together).
Could you add a link to your Bomb Braisd Short Rib recipe for future reference?
