4x Flour

I was just curious what 4x flour is, And where i can find it.  Thank you

It's a very high gluten flour for breads. Usually around 14+% protein content. I know that King Arthur Mills makes Sir Lancelot flour, which would qualify as a 4X flour. A friend, who runs a well-known and well-regarded pizzeria in Southern California swears by this flour for his dough.
