Hello everyone! My name is Jasper and i work in the recreational Cannabis sector as Director of infused products. Currently i am working on building an approx 3500 sqft confection/bakery production kitchen and solidifying recipes & formulations that will be made in large scale batches. Welcome to the community! Can I ask if you have any experience or resources as far as solvent extraction? When I've looked up food safe techniques there seem to be a lot of cannabis resources out there but they're a little hard to navigate (especially since I'm trying to use it for related but not strictly analogous applications for food).

I do have a science background but solvent extraction is a bit out of my wheelhouse so any suggestions would be welcome!
