I think that Chris Young was behind the work on the chicken, now that he is gone that probably went with him. ChefSteps made a video on the best fried chicken in Seattle, but to my knowledge it was never publicly released. I believe this is what you are talking about.

Would be nice if, instead of every unit coming with a code, CS just sell the code for cheaper (50 USD, whatever) so that these gamers wouldn't be cluttering up the forum. These requests seem to come in waves, so i'll be expecting a few more to pop up before long.
