Hi my name is John and I am from Greece, I already tried the 24hour recipe for leg of lamb and was amazing... now I want the same result but only 19 hours if I increase the temperature from 65c to 68 or 70c I will have the same results

Don't change the temperature, just cook for 19 hours. It will be slightly less tender but still delicious.
