Pie crust with rice flour
Kathy_1206412
Hi, I saw a video where they made a pie crust in a bakery with eggs, butter, sugar and rice flour. Is there a recipe or way to do it to get the perfect pie crust ?

Do you know who made the video? There are plenty of recipes out there for gluten free pie crust. ChefSteps does not have a gluten free pie crust made exclusively with rice flour. Here are the links to the galette and puff pastry CS has:

I haven't been able to find any gluten free recipes out there with just the ingredients you've listed.

Does "perfect pie crust" mean it must have rice flour?
Pie crust, in general, is really only flour, fat, water, salt, and sometimes sugar (there are some variations that contain egg and nuts). It's mostly about proportion and technique. As long as you have 3 parts flour to 2 parts fat to 1 part water, you should have the right proportions. Then you have to apply the correct technique; that is, cut the fat into the flour, and keep things cold. ChefSteps pâte brisée is pretty solid (their ratios are not quite the above, but in the ball park).

Thank you it was a video of a bakery in Korea all with rice flour instead so no recipe was shared but made me think of how would one go about achieving it
