This looks like a good guide, if you want to make it yourself. Where I live, just outside Philadelphia, it can be found at many Mexican grocers.

Amazon has several brands. Seems Whole Paycheck has it as well. I'm lucky to live in Houston where there is a huge Hispanic population so there are tons of markets that are geared to serve that population. It's one of many cheeses sold here.
