So, I've only nixed cord a couple times and used a blender w/ liquid nitrogen which worked, but made hte flour REALLY small. Have also done buckwheat etc and that's cool. I'm more of a fan of nixting fruits and veggies though since I can buy good masa (love masienda's) I didn't invest in the tortilla press (used cast iron pans LOL).

Hadn’t even thought about two cast pans before.. good one! 🤓
The press makes production so much better, even though it’s still a labor of love, for things like the best tortilla chips ever.
Btw.. yup the ants 🐜 😊😘 … a few on an avocado slice/tortilla chip
