Hi! My name is frustrated

I love my Joule. I use it all the time (1-2 x per week). I purchased Premier. I am continually reminded of how the "promise" of Premier was replaced by the "opportunity" to subscribe to Studio Pass each time I click on something that ChefSteps sends me in my email.

Hey ChefSteps/Breville -- how about just killing the Premier level and giving all of us early adopters a free year of Studio Pass? If I like it, I'll subscribe again. I'm willing to bet that their are others like me out there.

I'm guessing you haven't been by the forum for a while. The Premium to Studio Pass complaint has been brought up so many times in the past. You can search the forum for all the specifics, but ChefSteps offered a discount for the first year, and that was the end of it.
