it's a juicy meatloaf and fluffy basmati rice and red kuri squash relish. For the relish I used some scallions, white wine, white balsamic vinegar, vanilla, cumin, honey, fresh chicken stock, salt, pepper. An additional mornay sauce or classic bechamel would be nice as well.

Just getting ready for Thanksgiving here in the US, which is not my favorite meal to prepare....I'm not a huge fan of turkey, and the sides are rather boring...but the family always requests the traditional fare. So, gotta keep them happy!
