I’m Teresa from Ohio in the U.S. I used the recipe for a bone-in turkey breast this year, starting the day before Thanksgiving. The instructions said to heat water to 131 degrees and cook for anywhere between 8-24 hours. Mine cooked for 20 hours. I checked it using an instant read thermometer upon removing and it was only 128 degrees. I thought I was supposed to cook it until 160 degrees. What have I done wrong?
