Blender banana bread
William_Carlton_84855
Has anyone tried this? I have no idea when or how much banana (ripe or cooked in some way) and walnuts to add to the recipe. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

It states in the instructions to keep the inclusions to a minimum: 50 to 100 grams for mini loaf or 100 to 200 grams for one large. The suggestion is for experimentation. So, I assume either ripe or cooked could work. If adding nuts, keep the total add-ins within the specified limit. If you want chunks of pieces, you would obviously have to mix them in at the end, otherwise, banana, for example, could just be tossed into the blender.

Three very ripe bananas, two eggs, butter, raisins, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and self-raising flour, that''s all, seems very simple, but it's better to look at the net

The post is referring to a specific recipe CS published a couple weeks back, not just a random internet banana bread

Sounds really interesting. Already want to see the results.
