Hi, time/temp question

Just watched two recipe demos. Each cooked pork shoulder and lamb barbacoa respectively. Both used Brevill-style oven at 400 degrees for 4 hours.

Is that temp correct? Both dishes are in the low and slow category. This seems hot and slow.
