Hi, I'm a ChefSteps studio pass member. I recently ate a cauliflower burger at my local natural foods store. It was absolutely delicious and the ingredients are - well, veggies and spices, nothing else (see list below).
Ingredients List (In order as written on the label) -
Cauliflower
Filtered Water
Sunflower Oil
Carrots
Zucchini
Onions
Celery
Oats
Unbleached Flour
Bulgur Wheat
Flax Seed
Ginger
Garlic
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Cumin
Chili Flakes
I'd like to make these at home and thought I'd turn to ChefSteps for tips on how to make them with nothing but the ingredients to go from. I've brought this up to the ChefSteps development team and received a reply demonstrating some interest and was directed here pending a final answer from them.
I'd appreciate any help offered in learning how to make a cauliflower veggie burger as delicious as the one I recently had.
