This is the second time I've watched one of these free ChefSteps Zoom classes (the other was the recent chocolate one), and I'm sorry, based on both experiences, I have to say you guys need to do a better job.
1) You are trying to squeeze in to much in 1 hour, and your timing of each segment is clearly not very tight.
2) Involving the live crowd doesn't help, it just distracts from what you are trying to teach.
3) Grant needs to let someone else talk (like the expert he actually invited!).
Someone on on PizzaMaking.com called it "horrible". Of course, it's not meant for people who are that into pizza making, but still, it really was a mess.
Focus on a few key messages. If you are trying to sell Pizzaiolos, you should spend more time on them, and you should also know how to use them (and not have to move pizzas from one to another, because they were set up wrong).
