Need some advice…. Boiling crab legs in a 22 qt tall stock pot using Control Freak as heat source. Is it better to use the probe temp and set for a temp above the boiling point, or just set the pan temp on 250-300 and let it roll? Control Freak probe seems nowhere near long enough…..so probe as it exists is probably not an option, or is it?
