Where to eat Seattle

I saw a post from about a year ago with suggestions as to where to eat but I will be there in about a week and was wondering what the recommendations are now?

I'd go to Toshi's Teriyaki Grill. Toshi invented Seattle-style teriyaki chicken, which is the one thing I miss about Seattle food that you can't get anywhere else.

(Although there was this hole-in-the-wall on Capital Hill that charged $5 for a bowl of pho large enough to wash a small dog in, and they always gave you a free cream puff when you sat down.)
