Croissant recipe

@antoine's croissants recipe is about as well-presented and carefully-photo'd as any recipe I've seen. I've made my share of croissants and didn't know the notch idea, either; I'll look forward to trying it. Thanks for posting.

Wow, @antoine, that's fantastic! Thanks for the great contribution to the community. Oh, and here's a hot tip: if you write your weights in the text as [g 50] (for example), it will render as 50 g, but scale along with the rest of the ingredients in the recipe. There are a few other shortcodes like that, I should really write a little document about it.
