Ok, thanks to all of you. This is fantastic. After reading your suggestions here is what I am planning for this weekend - a big batch of Nutella. An attempt at hazelnut cream, but put it in a whipping siphon and inject it into creampuffs and frost it with the nutella.
I did look at the hazelnut panna cotta - I will be trying that shortly. And while I am not a big peanut butter fan, @Brendan Lee - knowing your other posts it reminded me a of pork satay recipe I have....
@ren, I have never made a curry, but I will look into it.
My wife is the ice cream maker- so that one is going to her.
And @Ted - I am going to have to look up Paris-Brest as you have my curiosity up.
