Storage of Molecular Ingredients
Hi All,
Recently purchased some molecular ingredients and wanted to make sure I'm storing them as I should. Here is how I'm doing it:
Xanthan Gum - In its resealable bag, with as much air pressed out of it, in my cupboard, room temperature
Soy Lecithin - In its resealable bag, with as much air pressed out of it, in my cupboard, room temperature
Glucose syrup - In its plastic tub with the top screwed on tight, in my cupboard, room temperature
I just learned that Activa RM needs to be stored in the freezer, hence I started worrying about these other ingredients I bought.
Are there any other common molecular ingredients that need freezer or refrigerator treatment?
