Hello, after my morning cold brew coffee i decided to make some steaks sou vide and some roast potatoes.. I seared the steak with blowtorch and then sous vide @ 55c for 1hour and then finished them in a very hot pan with some oil from the roast potatoes,butter and thyme.. For the potatoes i boiled them in beef stock, salt, tarragon and thyme until tender.. Then i tossed them gently in a colander to create some rough edges and then let them cool for 1 hour.. I roasted them for 1 hour at 190 celcious.. Delicious..
