Pink salt shelf life

I recently started a batch of lardo using pink salt I've had for about 2 years. It's kept in a bag in a sealed container. Just wondering if the stuff has a shelf life and if so how it may affect the end product.

Almost indefinitely as long as it stays dry.....the color may fade however.
