compound butters

I love making compound butters or infusing flavors with butter, and after watching that seeing that carotene butter, I got excited.

Just wanted to start a thread with any random compound butter ideas. old or new. I'll start with a couple of my favorites...

bone marrow, pistachio butter (that's a little overkill)

Chilli butter. I started with HB (and I assume Chris') and the world is your stage. Vanilla butter is simple and eloquent, spiced orange butter is wonderful with meaty fish like sea bass, or with lobster and crab etc.
