I recently loaded up on a few dozen of the delicious Cara Cara oranges that are in season to make a big batch of ChefSteps Bitter Orange Juice. I figure if warmer weather ever shows up it won't be too bad with some gin and bubbles in it.
I'm planning to vacuum seal it and freeze it (-20C). Wondering if there's anything else I can do to preserve the quality. Any thoughts?
