I missed the weekly culinary challenge so I asked the powers that be if I could revive them and they obliged so here we are.
SPRING BREAK CHALLENGE
Spring is here (for some of us) and that means farmer's markets and produce stands are gearing up for their fresh bounty. Spring break is also all about letting loose and having a few too many jello shots in Mexico. So the challenge this week is to create a dish that is emblematic of the changing season but in a WILD way. Lets see some cool plating, flavor combinations, even drink pairings!
