Mango Shaving Cream Substitution

I posted this on the whipping siphon discussion page but it doesn't seem like there is much going on there anymore so I thought I'd put it here. 

Can you substitute the mango juice in the shaving cream recipe with any fruit juice? I'm wanting to make a strawberry variant.

I see no reason why it shouldn't. Alternatively using 2.25% gelatin (as recommended in other parts of the course) should result in a nice thick foam as well. Although the foam might not be as durable as the original Mango shaving cream.

Don't forget to adjust the amount of sugar to the different level of sweetness in mango and strawberry
