Frozen Strawberries
cover with milk/cream
sugar to taste

I use 2 big hand fulls of strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar
my milk to cream ratio is 1:4 or 1:3 depending on my mood
I know I could add xanthium and guar but that's just too much like the "Evil Arches"
