ICe Cream that was made at a talk - Townhall Seattle. Dec 17th

Hey all,
I was at the Townhall Seattle talk on Dec 17th and am trying to find the recipe for the ice cream that was made on stage and taste tested after the talk. It used a mixer, liquid nitrogen and a small torch and I'd love to make it for my friends Sunday Family dinner we do each week!
I have looked ALL over the site and forums and can't a recipe for it. I thought I heard during the talk that the recipe would be posted on this site.
I apologize if I completely missed it!
I purchased the Modernist Cuisine for a friend a while ago and it inspired us to get into Sous Vide, and now I want to try the ice cream out.
