Dehydrated Meringues

Im having a tough time finding a recipe, can anyone help?

Looking for a dehydrated sheet meringue in the flavor of something creamy and white (yogurt, creme fraiche, mascarpone etc).

Have you seen this?

Thats a very nice way of doing it with egg white powder and any liquid (i made some earl grey meringues).

You just add a little bit of xanthan and egg white powder and you are ready to rock.
