There's also a full online course available through the EdX program for anyone interested:

Tim, is the EdX course material essentially the same as the Harvard science and cooking series on YouTube?

It's actually fairly distinct, as far as I'm aware - the EdX course has separately filmed, short-format videos designed specifically for viewing online whereas the youtube video series is taped lectures given for the on-campus version of the course. The EdX material also includes problem sets and instructions for at-home labs that you can run that will demonstrate the basic scientific principles being taught through the course.
Essentially, the EdX course is a real "course," including interactive assignments and specially-filmed video content. The youtube channel is just recordings of lectures from a previous version of the same course.
