I really like my microwaved veggies, it makes a good texture, is quick and after all the sauce is what really enlivens veggies.
What I'd like to hear: what's the best way to microwave chicken. It's obviously not the ideal way to cook chicken but for those of us who eat at work where only a microwave or prepared food is available I'd like to hear if this is even a possibility (the prepared food is eating into my budget and, although I love a good sandwhich, I'd like to see if this is possible). So let's hear it:
1. What's the best way to microwave chicken: sous vide it to just done? to done? Microwave with sauce in a bowl? Without sauce? Anyway to not get the texture that's typical of frozen store bought meals?
