Isi Pickles

I make rapid pickles all the time -- at least several times a week. Just out of curiosity, has anyone tried using CO2 instead of N2O when making pickles?? Seems like it wouldn't be out of place, given that it is a byproduct of lactofermentation in traditional pickles. What do you think?
