Did the ISOP Hamburger blend recipe for dinner last evening. My compliments to Chris, and of course Chef Blumenthal and all contributors to the recipe. By far the best hamburger we have had. Ever. Nuff said!

The bun and the tomato concentrate are my two favourite parts of that recipe. As I was scooping out the pulp from what felt like a million tomatoes,  I kept saying to myself "there is no way this is going to be worth it". I was wrong.
