I'm Nick and I'm working with Andrew (also on here) to build new community tools for ChefSteps. A few months ago we launched the commenting system, and the forum is the next piece coming out. I'm glad you all are able to try out this new interface, so please play around with it, have interesting discussions, and tell us what you think.
As I prepared the latest version of the forum to push to this url, I thought it was only appropriate to post my dinner tonight. It's nothing fancy, but it sure was tasty!
Chicken thigh sous-vide with thyme for 2h. Then seared in an unreasonable amount of butter for a nice crisp. Only thing I would really change is doing a better job removing the thyme before searing, there were a few burnt pieces.
