Failed attempt (macarons)

I enrolled to the class, and I have tried several times to make french macarons, I follow the instructions step by step, however the result is always as the picture shows, what is going on? I'm really desperate!

Yes, that´s after they are baked.

You're using a silicon pad to bake them on. Try parchment paper

That is because there is too much moisture in the mixture, try aging your egg whites, or drying them before to force the crotage into the macarons, put a fan above them or a hair dryer and try it again. The dots in the shells are where the steam is scaping and thus creating that imperfect look.
