How to make crunchy onion rings in a kitchen that has 50% humidity? please help

Hi, guys i need some help, I'm trying to figure out a way to make great onion rings, so far my recipe seems like it's not working because of the constant humidity in my kitchen. I would be really appreciate if u guys can help me with that thank u!

Not sure if / how the humidity will impact, but it's worth a shot.  On a side note, Food Wishes is one of my favorite food blogs for simple approachable recipes.
