Lately I've been getting more into coffee - it just tastes so good. I usually make filter coffee using a Chemex twice a day. I've been reading Blue Bottle's fantastic book http://www.bluebottlecoffee.com/products/blue-bottle-craft-of-coffee recently and I suggest it.
I'm interested in doing some basic coffee roasting without spending too much at the start. Anyone have good suggestions or stories of their experiences getting started?
