Perhaps consider sub-folders that are categorized. For recipes, consider something like "foundation" where one might put stocks, then under stocks, have the beginner, intermediate and advanced (based on technique and perhaps list of ingredients-perhaps even consider including very traditional non-pressure cooker stocks with more details for the non-PC owners or someone who's not ready to try it or pay a bit more $$). Maybe after foundation levels, introduce broths, sauces, marinades etc (as an example).
For Classes, foundation classes for techniques may be worth considering (everything from knife skills to how to skim or use a sieve for a puree).
Whereas for cooking classes, there could be a two way entry, by technique (e.g. sous vide), or by product (e.g. mammal protein versus vegetables versus meal suggestions etc)
I would personally love to see a “why” folder/section (like why do certain woods work-what are the compounds they release and/or create when combined with "X").
Perhaps a more drop-down subfolder-like menu structure for both classes and recipes (and maybe ingredients) could be helpful for both current and new members. Food for thought. :-)
