Mirazur zucchini salad

I visited the french restaurant Mirasur - currently no 11 on the World'ss 50 best restaurants and was amazed by their zucchini salad so I recreated it at home.

Not knowing Danish I assumed that was the actual restaurant's dish you linked to. I was super impressed at how closely you mirrored it until I realized it was literally the same photo.

I did not have the recipe so I created my own version from what I tasted. So the site I referred to is my own site. The real recipe from Mirazur has not been released to my knowledge.
