Chefsteps Baked Bean Recipe Questions
I had a couple questions about the Baked Bean recipe.
I'm looking to make some baked beans for a BBQ I'm attending on Saturday.
My pressure cooker is a bit on the small side, so I think I need to make them in a dutch oven this time.
What time/oven temp should I cook them at to get similar results?
My other question is about how much I should make. To serve about 20 people, what weight of beans should I start at? Assuming this is just a side dish.
