I'm currently going through a kitchen remodel and I am looking at various oven configurations. One option would be to go with a double electric ovens (w/ convection) to bake multiple macarons batches at the same time. But I wondered if any of you had any luck baking multiple batches at the same time in a single oven ? Is there a model/reference you can recommend?
My experience with trying to put two sheets into the oven at the same time is that the temperature is different at each level which leads to inconsistent baking times.
