I am fortunate to have a sous vide and love that your site furthers the art of cooking with it. I used your instructions for sous vide filet mignon steaks and my guests were duly impressed by them. Please keep the classes for them coming because it really encourages me to use it more!

I just got a SV and so far I've made chicken breasts (wonderful), lobster (good, but not spectacular), baked beans as an experiment (they were good, but I'm not sure worth the trouble) and brined pork chops (which were truly spectacular). I found this site because of the new experiments, so I'm looking forward to this forum and it's knowledge. Oh, I nearly forgot, I did try short ribs, they were amazing.
