What else can I use coffee butter for!?

So I made the coffee butter for the Steak Recipe here.

The flavor was mindblowing. Used it for the steak, and yes it was very noms, but had a lot leftover. So I've been trying to figure out what else I can use it for.
I did an awesome scrambled eggs twice already. And I can confirm, coffee butter is totally awesome with eggs ( at least on my tongue) :P

Any ideas ?

can you make a hollandaise with it? or use it to make a roux for something? like a chowder or gumbo or something?
