Fantastic site & enjoy everything,
in most of my meats & stir fry cooking with great success, it's all natural & a tenderiser as well as boosting our immune system.
I also Sous Vide cook with it. A Pork loin roast treated with the enzyme & Italian herbs then rind side coated in salt & vacuum packed then into the fridge for 3 days & Sous Vide for 5 hours with a gas torch finish was perfect.
Just starting on a 10,000 litre Aquaponics system so I can enjoy Organic Fish & crayfish with salad & herbs from the fish water circulating.
Live in the jungle near the beach in Thailand & have just built a new Chef kitchen with 3 BBQ, Pizza oven & a smoker ,,,,, Just Bliss..Cheers Ed
