We need the CS failure thread again. :-) Made flourless Gnochii (Based on Ferran Adria's potato foam Gnochii). Started our reall nicely and then fell apart at the last minute after putting it in bowls. Was more like bread that had sat in liquid all day (a little mushy) but the flavor held up very nicely. Flavor 8/10, presentation success -5/10. :-) The second dish was a vegetarian steak (we had purchased a watermelon....so I said what the heck, had heard of it cooked). Compressed and seared.......watermelon, served with caramelized onions and tomato compote. Reviews here were all positive. This was such a pleasant surprise!
