Couldn’t say short rips as the rips here not sold short (1ft). BBQ glaze is made of CS ketchup which gave me a reason to fire up the distill for the distilled vinegar, balsamic essence, Honey and a strong squeeze of Lemmon juice, salt- pepper and pimento d’ espelette. Plain and simple under the grill with some herb spiced salad.
