Chicken leg quarters. Time/temp please?

Hey guys and gals.

Does anyone have legit recipe for SV chicken leg quarters. Mostly just time/temp recommendations. I've seen a little bit of everything on the good ole google search.

Everything from 1.5 -5 hrs, and everywhere from 148-160 degrees.I shoulda just came here first.

around 65C - 2-5h - take the skin off and crisp up on the side.

One more thing Johan...I was planning on doing these quarters braised traditional style, so I had already salted them the night before. I've now rinsed them, and bagged them with a bit of oil. Do you think that salt is going to affect the texture in a weird way? THanks!

75c 2 hrs

Slow

65c/24hrs

deep fry after.

I think the salt (if salted overnight) will certainly effect the texture. They will be more firm. A good firm though.
