I live in Brazil, bought the class burger and I'am looking for some time the ingredients (sodium citrate and sodium hexametaphosphate) however, I found only the technical grade.
So, I wonder:
The difference between them is the only concentration? or tecnical grade has some other component that can harm your health?
Can I diluate the tencnical grade to use in the recipe? if yes, how can I do it?
