Had various tomatoes from In-law garden so made the microwaved tomato soup. made basil instead of chive oil which worked well (we have both in the garden, but I love tomato basil; soup so history won this time). Had made some gnochii for dinner early in the morning, so roasted the potato skins and served crisp (others were used to infuse chicken stock for the gnochii sauce). This turned out to be much richer than expected, yet light (like a contradictory lunch ;-)..). Will definitely make again.
