Sous vide porchetta

Any good recipies? Its for our xmas caterings. We will cook a lot so it has to be a good technique. Im thinking brining with spices, rolling it, sousvide cooking and finish in bbq or in hot oven.
Time/ temp/ technique? Any good tips?

I've done that style recipe several times and it's pretty damned good. Deep fry it though, there really is no other option to getting that excellent crust.
